To mark the Day of Road and Urban Passenger Transport Workers, the V.D. Potashov Technical College held a class for students of groups OP 9-18 and OP 9-19. The topic was “From student ID to waybill: how a career in transport logistics is built today”.<\/p>\n

The college’s guests were Irina Leonidovna Shteinberg, General Director of LLC Holding Company Kama-Trucks, and Evgeny Evgenievich Sokolov, Deputy Director for Legal Affairs. They told the students how a career grows from logistician to manager and shared their own experience: honestly, using a real business as the example. They discussed what employers expect from a young specialist and which steps help people grow in the profession.<\/p>\n

We want the industry’s future specialists to see a real career path and to take their first step into the profession with a clear purpose.<\/p>\n
